Do you need to be licensed to sell cigars?

Yes. In the state of Florida, you need to be licensed to sell and ship cigars.

How do I place an order?

Simply add a product to your cart via our, “ready-to-ship” cigars or our custom cigar visualizer then go through the checkout process found by clicking the cart in the top right of the website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. If you wish to make any changes, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible (orders@sigars.com). We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

Where can you ship your cigars?

Anywhere in the United States.

Can you ship internationally?

No. We only have the proper licensing to ship within the United States.

What are your expected shipping timelines?

Our “ready-to-ship” cigars have a 3-day timeline via USPS.
Our custom cigars have a 14-day timeline & our premium customized cigars have a 30-day timeline.

Can I track the status of my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its delivery date. You can use this tracking number on our website (https://sigars.com/order-tracking/) or the shipping carrier’s website to get real-time updates on the status of your shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

How does the cigar customizer work?

Our Visual Cigar Customizer gives you the ability to customize text, upload images, and more to our premium cigar selection. This means you can create a custom cigar for a friend’s bachelor party, golf outing, wedding, etc.

What if my design isn’t perfect?

Our in-house graphic design team always looks at every design, logo & graphic to ensure that it is visually appealing to what the team believes our clients desire. Therefore, don’t worry too much about everything being perfect, we will work with what you give us to make it great!

Can you customize matches & lighters as well?

At the time of this writing, we currently do not offer that as an option. We only customize the bands of the cigars though it is something we are exploring in the future.

What is the difference between level 1 customization and level 2 customization?

Level 1 customization ships out in 14 days or less and uses a different type of paper for the label. Level 2 customization ships out in 4 weeks and offers more customization with things like raised edging and holographic material.

Can you ship lighters with butane in them?

No, it is illegal to ship torch lighters or any form of lighter with butane already inside. We advise that you purchase from a local pipe shop to obtain a source of butane to fill/refill your cigar lighter.

What is your cigar return & replacement policy?

Sigars.com does not have any return policy so far.
